    I graduated from Boise State University in 2005 with a Bachelors of Business Administration in General Business and Human Resource Management. I have 12 years of higher education food service experience and have been with Bon Appétit at The College of Idaho since 2011. Our team strives to provide excellent customer service while serving fresh, local and sustainable food to our students, faculty, staff and customers.     I am a native of Idaho, born and raised in the west central mountains. I have had many different jobs in the food and beverage industry. Owning or managing different restaurants, night clubs and cocktail lounges along the west coast. I came to Bon Appétit in 2012, here at The College of Idaho. I’ve been given a great opportunity to use my knowledge and love of food and I really enjoy all that working here on campus entails.

    While I’ve only been in the food service industry for seven years, my experience is varied, from working at a country club, to bakeries, and even cruise ships. Bon Appetit stands above them all because they share my personal values when it comes to food: fresh, local and sustainable. Since 2010, I’ve worked for Bon Appetit in creating both nourishing and flavorful food, and I’m excited to be able to use my passion to provide others with a dining experience that goes beyond ordinary.

    I just recently moved from Portland, Oregon to the Boise area. I have 12 years in the Hospitality and Events Industry and I’m very excited to be a part of the Bon Appétit team at The College of Idaho. I’m thrilled to learn about Idaho’s amazing food culture and the ability to provide guests with fresh, local, and healthy options for their next special event.
